Responsibilities
Pioneered the product design strategy for Notifications, Integrations, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives at Databook, crafting intuitive interfaces that addressed intricate challenges, seamlessly integrating with leading platforms, and leveraging AI capabilities to elevate user experiences.
Challenges
Main Problem: The AE wanted visibility into when the client’s events would influence their strategy, so they could adjust their approach or seize new opportunities accordingly.
Technical Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of the notifications system with Databook's existing infrastructure and Slack's API.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Gathered qualitative user feedback and analytics to refine the notifications system and optimize its effectiveness.
Impact
Improved User Engagement by 20% the first Q after release: Provided users with timely and relevant notifications, enabling them to stay informed and take advantage of new opportunities.
Enhanced Productivity by integrating Databook insights in tools AE currently use. 24% of clients adoption in new integrated features: Streamlined communication and collaboration through Slack integration, boosting user productivity. Databook increased investments and scaled initiatives towards integrations.
